Snohomish Autumn Pumpkin Festival and Corn Maze 2010
NEWS REALEASE: The Snohomish Festival of Pumpkins Marketing Association is pleased to announce the appointment of a new Event Manager for the 2010 Festival of Pumpkins. Association President Keith Stocker said, “We are excited to have Debbie Carlson-Gould on board this year. Debbie will coordinate all the Festival events and marketing for us.”
Debbie brings significant experience to this role. She has worked for a variety of non-profit organizations and has expertise in marketing, public relations and special events. “I am just so excited to be a part of this regional family tradition,” Debbie said. “I was amazed to learn about the generations of families from all over Puget Sound who come back every October to visit their favorite Snohomish farms. And they come for more than just pumpkins and corn mazes. I was blown away by how many different activities you can find at each farm.”
The Snohomish Festival of Pumpkins is an annual event held at Association farms in and around the City of Snohomish. Each farm features a variety of family entertainment and farm themed attractions, including pumpkin patches and corn mazes. 2010 will be the third year in which The Pumpkin Hurl trebuchet competition kicks off the six week-long festival.

SNOHOMISH, Washington – The business community of Snohomish is pleased to announce their collaborative efforts to make Snohomish this fall: Fun, Family friendly, and Frightening for its residents and visitors.

As Halloween approaches, the historic ambiance of the community can become a little spooky too.
The perfect way to experience fall in the river valley is with a good breakfast. Start you experience with “Breakfast in Snohomish” with over a dozen high quality restaurants and coffee venues for that perfect way to start a family outing. Who does haves the best biscuits and gravy in town?
Within a 3-mile area, Snohomish has six of the best corn mazes and pumpkin patches around. Each uniquely different. Our local farmers take great care and pride to provide quality family fun and produce.
- Our new Visitor Information Center on Avenue D & First Street will direct you to your fun destinations and shopping targets.
- Head north along Avenue D and you will discover our local business district and their many shops and stores.
- Novelties and Boutiques are the new cornerstone in Historic Downtown Snohomish with numerous niknak stores, garden galleries and shops. The downtown prides itself on its character and enchanting prowess as Halloween approaches when haunted Snohomish starts coming to life.
